        David is a really charming man, helpful and caring. A delightful person. The bikes are in perfect condition and of good quality. Batteries are really sufficient for a long ride! He gave us several maps with special routes which he knows. Also some amazing advices for places to stop, have a rest and great cakes! A really nice experience! Line and Donatien.

        Yesterday while out on my bike I got a puncture caused by a large stick. I called the shop hoping they would be able to help. The shop was closed and David was at home but very kindly came over to Melrose to help me out. Within the hour I had a new tyre and was on my way home. I cant thank David enough for saving me from a long walk home!
