        Great experience from start to finish hassle free in the shop my carpet was fitted today with a time slot of 09.00 13.00 they arrived at 09.00 very friendly and efficient would highly recommend

        I really can't speak highly enough of the service we got from Kristoffersen. I spent ages trying to source flooring online and arrange fitting separately before getting the whole pacakge from Kristoffersen at a more competitive cost without any of the hassle, Very much wish that had been my first approach. The real clincher of the 5 star review came when we ultimately made a poor choice on the floor we wanted. When it arrived in our house it just wasn't right and the team at Kristoffersen couldn't have done more to help us out and make sure we ended up with the right thing. They were simply amazing!

        Had a kitchen, hallway and toilet fitted with high quality laminate from Kristoffersen, Newtongrange and have to say the experience is the best I've ever had in the 35 years of having carpets or flooring done in houses. From start to finish the manager, Daniel Stuart, gave us excellent advice on selection and a price that was highly competitive. Daniel's organisation of everything was totally drama free with times and promises kept to. The fitters did a fantastic job and were were really happy with the workmanship. We had an issue with the toilet leaking after the fit(not the fault of the fitter)and Daniel arranged a small repair with immediate service from a local plumber. Can't thank Daniel and the fitters enough and would highly recommend them to anyone, including the fussiest of wives and partners ;) thanks again Daniel !!
