We had an emergency situation when our fuse board began sparking and right from the moment I called, Ross and his team did everything they could and made a bad situation so much easier. From coming through on the weekend, installing a new board and dealing with Scottish power, to helping negotiate with the estate agents - Ross really was a superstar and stayed by our sides until the problem was solved. From the minute we enquired about an appointment we got friendly, prompt responses from Olivia and Callum turned up when he said he did, was professional and very thorough and also kept us informed.
