So ignorant I called up with a mouth ulcer and could barely speak was in tears and almost crying at the lassie to give me an appointment and becausei spoke really loud she accused me of shouting (keeping in mind I'm only trying to make sure she can understand what am saying ). she told me there was no emergency appointment I used same tone as before and I got told I will be getting reported for shouting and I think they have blocked my number this is why no one asks for help

Ive just had two fillings from Mrs Shivani Bhatia and I am very pleased to say that I scarcely felt the local anaesthetic and felt nothing at all after that. This has been my consistent experience here since we joined the practice two years ago. They are a professional but informal bunch of people who communicate well in person and using messaging as need be. I am very pleased to recommend their friendly practice and wish them well working in these trying times.

Awful awful awful. My nephew has had to go back three times to fix a problem they caused and they expect him to pay for the repairs to their work that they messed up. He isn't going back. My GF had work done and is now in more pain than before she went. They left a large jagged bit of filling which is cutting her tongue. The receptionist was more concerned that she could hear my GF swearing in pain in the background rather than helping with the problem. Grow a pair snowflake, she wasn't swearing at you, if you can't handle hearing someone in pain swear then your in the wrong job.

Very good patient communication. The ladies there are always extremely pleasant and cheerful. Dental staff are extremely professional and GENTLE!
