Just had one of these coaches in my hgv parking, the driver thinks its eceptable to let his coach full off filthy animals urinate all over the carpark and side of the building rather than use the toilets provided and didnt bother to step in when security tryed to stop them, i know the attitude its not my problem, poor excuse for a coach driver and doesnt look good for the company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! had the worst experience with their drivers! Very rude and abrupt! Company needs a serious evaluation of their drivers and their driving standards. My party was close to being involved in an incident due to the driver being very aggressive and hostile... not what you want when they are in control of 40 odd peoples lifes!! Drivers were also very pushy on times and demanded my party left otherwise we would be left.. no consideration was made for the circumstances of the travel! There are a lot of other coach companies which we have used and this was the first and certainly last time we will be using Charlottes coaches! Serious evaluations needed from this company if it wishes to stay in business because you wont last long running your business with drivers like that!

Great company to deal witg, and the driver we had was very professional and accomodatting. I will definitely be using Charlotte travel again in the future, I would highly recommend anyone to do the same. Great and easy experience 5 stars.
