Terrible patient service. I have been trying for over six weeks to see a doctor without success. First telephone discussion with lady, I think she was a doctor but cannot be sure. A course of antibiotics, no cure. Second spoke with male, think he was a doctor, not sure. Made an appointment but when I arrived saw nurse who wanted blood samples. No meeting with the doctor although he clearly indicated to me that I would see him. Telephoned reception to book appointment with doctor, told I have to go through the same process, telephone call first then person calling will decide on next course of action. I believe I have the symptoms of throat cancer, but until I can see a doctor I will not know. I now await yet another telephone call from a 'doctor' with no promise of any action. This is the worst service I have ever had from a doctors surgery, would recommend you look elsewhere!
