I first contacted Andy after finding his posts on one of the Audi forums. My 2008 Allroad (C6 4F) had developed issues with the air suspension sinking overnight so asked Andy for his opinion. He advised I probably needed new rear airbags, as this was a common problem on the older Allroad C6. I went ahead and bought them and asked my regular mechanic to fit them. He then had a few issues during the fitting and so phoned Andy who was happy to offer advise over the phone and guide my guy through the process. There are few people out there with Andy's knowledge of air suspension systems and even fewer who are happy to help even though there's not much in it for them. I can't thank him enough. Top guy.

To say that these guys are anything other than INCREDIBLE is ludicrous! The air compressor rebuild kit is everything that it purports to be, but the real brilliance in their dedication to systematically, tenaciously and methodically fixing one of the most complex (and faulted) vehicle systems in the modern age; the Audi Allroad air suspension system. Prior to even purchasing this repair kit, Andy (bagpipingandy) took a vested interest in helping to solve this nightmare without any prejudice, expectation or condescension. THIS is how people earn long term business, which is to say, make a great product, have the necessary knowledge of the problem and possess an unwavering dedication to helping people to better understand their problem without a hard-sell for his product. I own a Jaguar X350 and I had the dreaded C2303 air suspension fault! My local Jag specialist said to replace the compresser, so I started looking at prices and whether to fit genuine or spurious, big price difference, but after reading the forums I came across Bagpipeingandy and thought this has got to be worth a punt. To cut a long story short, if you have a bit of mechanical knowledge get his rebuild kit, I did and for 25 my Jag now has no warning lights and rides like it should, top marks
