I was terribly disappointed with the sandwiches and sausage roll, I felt the bread round the edges was not as fresh as it should have been, perhaps they were not completely covered in the kitchen. I had to ask for some more tea as it was not pipping hot.
I feel for a 5 star hotel it was quite disappointing and not good value for the money paid. Gleneagles slightly more expensive but far superior.
The staff however were very friendly.
