Whilst the kids were booked in for 11am it took the one staff member to 11:12 to strap everyone in to their harness. Too many people booked in by the owners with one person dealing with well over 20 children. So you don't get 30 minutes, you can't start until everyone is strapped. Therefore, almost 11:15 we finally got to start walking the kids. And too many children booked in mean they were queuing for the zip slide. Be luck it if they got 2 goes down it when the guy employed their had the cheek to say that's time up at 11:25. Absolute disgrace! Simply a con for earning as much as possible out of families as possible. DO NOT BOTHER BOOKING ANYTHING IN THIS. THE KIDS LIKE IT BUT NOT ENOUGH STAFF, NOT LONG ENOUGH ON ANYTHING THEN TOLD TO GET OFF., TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
