Ive used Uncle Roys for a few years now and always great products and great service. Always arrives and exactly what it says in the bottle.

Excellent service! Ordered mustard oil on Friday late morning and it arrived in London on Saturday morning at no extra cost. Seriously impressive. The lavender jam is also fantastic. Don't go, Scotland!

The Oak smoked paprika is my favourite, I buy 4 bottles every year near Christmas, it just isn't christmas anymore without Uncle Roys in the house. I also love their Oak smoked garlic granules and mustard is so good. It's a no thrills website but easy to browse and order, the products speak for themselves really. Delivery is always good. I have never spoken to customer service so I can't comment on that.

I'm VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service, and with some of the products, and for both of those reasons cannot recommend this company. I have sent several emails, and opened a Paypal resolution attempt, with no response. I also returned two products, and had no response to that either--no refund or replacement, not even an acknowledgement of the return. As for the products, I tried the almond flavouring, and it is utterly horrible--It tastes rather like kerosene. There are no ingredients listed on the bottle, but it tastes poisonous. I also tried the vanilla, which tasted pleasant enough, but had no resemblance to vanilla. It might have been described as butterscotch. I suggest you do not purchase from this company until or unless they get their products and service sorted out.
