        I ordered a gift hamper for my grandparents last Christmas, which was lovely and much appreciated. But the best thing was I entered a Christmas gift message but somehow failed to enter a Christmas delivery date (ordered in October). Ardtaraig were superb as they called me to check, and added a Christmas date to the order. Brilliant customer service and correcting my silly mistake! Highly recommended.

        My faith has been restored... there are still a few companies out there who pride themselves on customer service, and Ardtaraig Fine Foods is one of them! The Scottish Surprise Box hamper was sent as a gift, and as some companies are finding out with the Covid-19 crisis, delivery can be a bit of an issue, which is was on this occasion. However, it is how a company handles a situation, and Peter from Ardtaraig was on the ball from the minute we realized DHL had not delivered the goods. He immediately sent out a new hamper and kept me informed every step of the way, and even called the recipients to apologies. The hamper was beautifully packaged and thoroughly enjoyed by all! Thank you Ardtaraig for amazing customer service!!
