        I have often asked for Shoulder steak (minced or diced) and what I have been sold has been questionable - Not Today - Today on passing I visited Prime cuts and asked for 3 pounds of shoulder steak minced and watched (surprised) when the lad behind the counter weighed the meat and minced it fresh (just like butchers used to do. I'm delighted 10 out of ten for Prime Cuts, as Big Arnie says, "I'll be back."
