I called in for a prescription item (which I knew you could buy also but not off the shelf), We were on holiday in the area and running low. The staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and went out of thier way to help me out. I cannot praise them enough. The store was clean, tidy and well stocked Thank you all for your help.

I have been a customer of this establishment for years,and never had any issues until it changed to Dears pharmacy, I never had any issues picking up my prescription, it is the same tablets all the time,but now there always seem to be something missing or not available, and as I live in Glenrothes, it's another journey to pick it up, and the staff have changed, it's just not the same. I was maybe a bit harsh with my review, all seems to be sorted now and my medications have been sorted, staff are friendly and welcoming. Should have waited until the teething problems were sorted.
