Klondyke Garden Centre

Cafe Visited yesterday with my daughter. We wanted to have a chat and some food. After server asked,while we were still standing if we are having food? ( not even letting us see the menu ) she rudely say,just for food in here or go in the other sandwich part. Never mind that comment. She took us in the middle of the restaurant table, I asked if we can have a table behind the booth, as it was very noisy in the middle and I cant hear with my hearing aids. She then said no thats it. We looked over and there was nearly nobody in? We just said its ok, keep that table we go elsewhere where they actually appreciate people spending their money there. I have also spoken with the manager, but the server was keep interrupting trying to say, that I said we wanted booth. If she even offer that, we would be happy, as I cant deal with the loud background noises in large restaurants. Neither of them offered any other tables, even that there was plenty to pick from. We just said, thank you and left. Would I be back and would i recommend it to people with hearing disabilities? Definitely not. Love the garden centre, we been going in go years. But the rudeness we received in their cafe, just no thank you. There are better places to go with staff, who are not rude and are inclusive to all disabilities, not just the visible ones.

Visited today Great location, spacious and very clean. Food was good and reasonable price. Great choice of plants, clothes, and nik naps. Lovely fruit and veg shop attached.

Cafes service is exceptionally slow, long queues and staff seemed uninterested. Food is mediocre and certainly not worth the money. Would not recommend. Dobbies gives you better value for your money
