Yolo's Yoga @younger day spa

I had never tried yoga until one of Yolas classes and I was so nervous but Yola made the class so enjoyable. Her voice is so soothing and she puts on great classes and great yoga retreats. I highly highly recommend going to her classes!

Yola is great. I'd never tried yoga before her classes but they are so accessible and she's a great teacher. I really love her classes. The atmosphere is great in her classes. The studio at Younger Day Spa is ideal too. Provides a great calming space

Im a landscape gardener and found Yolas classes extremely beneficial, in spite of being very sceptical when my wife told me that it would be helpful! With the intensity and physicality of my work, I was constantly getting home stiff and sore - but I felt the difference within two classes. Yola is brilliant! Even though I was a complete novice, I didnt feel out of place at all. Yola was welcoming as were all the other participants, and it is a great atmosphere. I also love the way she builds each lesson and you can really chart your own improvement week on week. I am now a convert!
