        Absolute disgrace. Flooded Street and garden of disabled resident with raw sewage leaving her unable to leave for medical appointments or for carers to attend without walking through waste. Refused to reattend site to clean up. We were laughed at and mocked when we asked them to stop. Reported to trading standards, police and environmental health.

        I am a electrical contractor with a static at Hopeman my firm repairs boilers but you must use sit plumber after 3 weeks and many calls I was left with no water I called my son from stirling 200 miles ( who repairs boilers for heating engineers ) within 5 minute he reset the gas bottle and we had a working boiler Still not fixing the problem I received a bill for over 500 (including a programer but taking mine which was ok) I have been in business for over 40 years and I have never seen customers treated this way !
