I really want to support local business but there needs to be some significant improvements for me to return following our recent experience. The quality of all our food was well below par, from the vegetarian options to meat to bread etc; it was all poor. Perhaps if the focus was on fewer dishes done well and freshly cooked, that would be a good start?

Visiting Lossie we wanted to support local takeaways and we got an Indian. Staff were friendly but we ordered three dishes lamb tikka masala, tiger Khan and butter chicken. All three tasted the same coconutty and sweet. No real taste to them. To top it off the palak paneer was definitely not fresh. The paneer was chewy and hard which comes from reheating it several times. Having Indian heritage I was very disappointed. The food was also very brightly coloured . Why do this when actual Indian food is not cooked.that way?
