The breakfast staff rude showing attitudes we was family 5 with 2 rroms but priory was given to coach customers then when asked to go into breakfast room gor told no u go sit in other room there was dogs in there and i was allergic to dogs but he was very rude and not wanting to accommodate me then most cold breakfast stuff empty i ask bread for toast said there still bread there was all bread crusts and felt hard tea n coffee cold asked fresh he rolled eyes. Rooms v dirty had to move bed and when i did full of food scraps rubbish there towels stained Rooms: Not to clean

So the hotel was not bad. I wont say the rooms were nasty or anything because they werent however they dont advertise that there is NO SERVICE. I couldnt make any phone calls from my room, go on any socials or anything. For a young girl the room is not relaxing at all. The tv did not work and when we asked for another, its was just another broken one. The views were amazing and it was in a lovely place but i with they had said there was no service because it just ruined the experience. I couldnt even watch a movie on my phone. I wouldnt recommend if you are a younger person who wanted to spend the day walking around Scotland and then come back to your hotel and relax on your phone, because you cant. And I know it doesnt sound like a lot but it really makes a different.
