We went in on May day bank holiday and the place was packed! It was a little noisy for those who are sensitive to noise but they do offer outdoor seating. Now the food! I got the chilli con carne and it was the best chilli I've eaten from an outside source in 15 years! It was packed with thinly sliced peppers, onions and kidney beans. The rice was supper fluffy and the sour cream was thick. The only thing I wasn't too hot on about the dish was the nachos but they didn't take away from the dish. My partner got the cheese and bacon burger and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The burger patty was a quality patty with no gristle and the bacon was cooked to perfection and unsmoked. Between the two of us, our bill came to 35.00 with soft drinks. For a day trip destination like Luss, I think these prices are amazing. We will be back and if Larry (the chef) has made the chilli, I'll be having that again!
