Nothing is too much trouble and they always keep you informed once you have placed your order as to when the delivery is expected etc. I have ordered many items from them and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the products and the first rate service they provide.

Fantastic customer service and great quality products! Before even ordering, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the information on their website. No rope products, advice on common bird problems, and the fact that the company is run by two bird owners - I knew that I was in for a good experience. After I had placed an order, Karen emailed me personally to ask about my birds. She refunded me for excess shipping and Darran even made some alterations to the products I had ordered (installing pilot holes instead of washers) when I mentioned that I was using the perches in a wooden aviary rather than a cage! I've been consistently blown away by these guys and can't recommend them enough.
