My wee fur baby came for his 6 month check yesterday . He absolutely loves coming in to see all his aunties . Receptionist's are all happy to help and smiley . Howver his all time favourite is Aunty Hazel who cares for him as if he was her own . Thankyou so much to all the team . See you in 6 months and in the nicest way not before ..

Hi everyone,my dog Saxon a Staffordshire bull terrier,died suddenly on Tuesday at 5.15 pm,I phoned the ark and they were fantastic,I am so sad he's gone,I loved him so so much..cry for hours each day in private.The service at the vets was outstanding and the way ,they were with me and Saxon,was second to none.

My dog had cruciate ligament surgery performed on him. Sadly it failed. Total indifference shown by them.After twenty years I had no hesitation to move to another practice. Furthermore to your response I did enter into a "discussion". Several phone calls and a e-mail. That was when I met the indifference.

Brilliant veterinary centre, and you don't feel rushed, the staff are happy to discuss different options with you and answer any questions. It's a really welcoming and supportive environment which is just what you want when you're visiting a vet

We have been with Ark vets for over 20 years and always found them very practical, professional and sensibly priced. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. All the vets are very good at their job but our favourite is definitely Hazel
