I was very wrong.
She came out with what looked like a mop on her head.
We contacted them with photos and was told it was just a styling issue, but that was how they did it. They did say she could come and have it rectified but it would have to be with the same stylist.
But as that stylist is inept she refused and has since taken the drastic action of taking a pair of clippers to her scalp, as she was too embarrassed to leave the house with what she had and, as the stylist didn't even cut her hair straight she didn't believe that it was savable anyway.
The recommendation I can give for brown's is don't go there.
