Tuffnells Parcels Express

First time using tuffnells. I was told my two beds where delivered and hidden behind a bin. When I explained A - two beds wouldn't fit behind a bin and B - it's a new house we don't have a bin I was told tough

Tuffnells Lockerbie are absolute rubbish delivery company. Have had misfortune to have had two deliveries now in past two weeks from them. Have been told that delivery has been made but definitely no delivery to our house. My wife was driving down to our local village when one mile from our house at a field gate she noticed a package she got out to examine and discovered it was my package. Yesterday 22nd March another Tuffnells delivery saying delivered definitely not to our house so drove down to where last package was left and low and behold left in the same place. Where it was left on both occasions is a public place and is beside a public footpath so I have been lucky in being able to retrieve packages. Reckless delivery company no customer care or service DO NOT USE

everything went smoothly except for the delivery drivers attitude. couldn't have slammed my gate any harder. guy was like a bloody toddler having a hissy fit! cheers allan

Shocking service from tuffnells. Waited around all day yday on delivery of a shed. Never arrived, tracking was updated to say it had been delivered, tried contacting tuffnells and they wouldnt talk to me only the seller. 600 shed gone missing!!! No way of contacting local depot or driver to find out if it was left somewhere else. No delivery instructions online or photo/signature evidence of delivery! Will be claiming off them to refund the 600

Hideous service. Twice in 2 weeks I have had the misfortune of deliveries from this lot. They can't even carry a box to a door and knock. Twice they have dumped deliveries in my drive, nowhere near the house, they have not knocked on the door, they fake signed pretending to be me, and they lost one part of my first delivery. Where they dump stuff can be seen from the road and could be stolen. It can't be seen from the house so I don't know its there. This second time they dumped wikes kitchen units in cardboard boxes in a puddle on the drive where they got rained on and ruined. I am now getting a refund from wikes and waiting for them to be removed. The boxes are soaked. I tried to move them but they were too heavy and too far from my house. Tuffnells are supposed to do delivery to the door. I was in waiting, but even if I had been out, there is a dry covered carport beside the house, and a dry canopy over the front door, but the delivery person was too lazy to walk that far. Avoid.
