If I could give zero stars I would. From the interview day to my last it was abhorrent. The interview is long and tedious, I'm sure the reason they want this is so that they can choose the right people for the job yet they let anyone have a job, harmful people too. The working conditions are poor, no showers or bath while working with incontinent clients. The way they treat staff is appalling. If you don't have a mental health concern before starting this job you certainly will after a short while with them. You must sign your name in blood or leave, there is no in-between and no discussion of improving your health once you realise it is in decline. The managers all chant about the lack of staff retention being down to those individuals being mentally weak. The strongest people have worked there and left in a mess. You are also required to pay back all of your compulsory training if you leave before 12 months. This training is compulsory to even work there so they know what they're doing. It's shocking really. The thoughts for the young people there is just money oriented. If that isn't enough to keep you away then good luck.
