We preferred a local architect and decided on Craig. It was the right choice.....Craig came up with exactly what we had in mind. We were well pleased with the speed and quality of his work, being kept up to date with progression of the work, and our ideas and modifications being listened to and put in place. Craig carried out all drawings for our room extension he also appointed a structural engineer. Craig applied for and got all permissions for us from the council. Craig is easy to get along with and very knowledgeable and professional. I can highly recommend him to anybody with no hesitation at all.

We have finally got our building warrant, thanks to Craig. We were badly let down by the architect who initially did the drawings. Craig not only dealt with Building Standards queries for us but gave us valuable advice about our garage conversion which meant revising the original application. He was a great help and made a stressful process much less so. I only wish I had known about him when we first embarked on our plans. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate in using him again if the need arises.
