William brought professional expertise and a supportive approach taking us from the point where we had a rough idea of what we wanted to the point where we had signed off plans from the Council. On a practical level he was available when we needed his help and he kept us updated with progress as he navigated the design and planning process on our behalf, making the whole thing very easy and enjoyable for us. He was enthusiastic, unassuming and pragmatic, happy to talk through our ideas, willing to crawl about in cramped loft spaces to see how they would work and creative with suggestions for alternatives.
