I am happy to write a positive review for RJW Electrical for their work in installing a Givenergy battery storage system at my home. From the RJW Electrical were professional, courteous, and efficient. They took the time to explain the installation process to me, and answered all of my questions in a thorough and understandable manner. Throughout the installation process, the team was punctual and respectful of my property. They worked quickly and efficiently, and took care to ensure that everything was installed to the highest standards. Now that the Givenergy battery storage system is installed and running, I am happy with the results. I can already see a significant reduction in my energy bills. The system is easy to use and maintain, and I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with having a reliable backup power source. Overall, I am satisfied with the work done by RJW Electrical. Highly recommended! I have just had a solar panel array and battery storage system to try and beat the current price rises. I obtained a number of quotes and this one gave the biggest bang for the buck in terms of capabilities of the system. I was initially looking for a Tesla power wall but quickly realised I would be paying a premium for the brand, and other systems quoted would perform just as well for a better price. Tesla also have a horrendous delivery lead time for the parts. The team turned up and did the installation in a day, they were very polite and professional and I was impressed with how they got the job done. They also noticed a number of cracked roof tiles and swapped them out for spares I had as they went along, so very pleased with that extra bit of service. I work with a lot of contractors, but these chaps genuinely stood out from the usual crowd in the most positive way. Im fairly sure they tidied the loft for me too, it seemed a lot less chaotic up there after they had done the work! The other important part of the installation is the MCS certificate and DNO notification letter, without these important bits of paper you will be unable to get paid for any excess energy fed back into the grid or take advantage of any of the new smart tariffs that offer much lower KWh prices. These were included in the handover pack and rapidly followed the installation.
