Not open 24 hrs as states. Came with puncture on a friday was told i would get a call back next day as compressor not working, after no call I called myself but kept going to answermachine, no one in premises - was left without no other options

Stag Garage Ltd advertise that they have 24/7 operating times. This is specifically for emergency roadside recovery... This is misleading. I recommend Kilmartin Auto Recovery and Argyll Recovery for being able to assist on the phone and in person! I had a flat tyre on the drivers side and had no spare tyre on board and was in need of assistance. Today (16/12/22), I phoned Stag Garage Ltd. from 19:27 to 19:57 and the phone kept ringing out. This garage is located across from the Co-op and is right beside Riverside Petrol Station where my car was stranded. They were so close to the petrol station that I walked over. I went to knock the door of the garage and phoned. It was not to my surprise that the phone was ringing out with no response. I think Stag Garage Ltd. has false information online and that it is outdated. I have used this company before for a car check up as it was making a strange noise from the passenger side. I was told that I had a complete check up which took a full day. The mechanic (owner) said nothing was wrong. The noise still existed after leaving the garage and it raised my concern. It resulted in me taking it for a check up at another garage and it was found to have brakes so far gone that it was scoring the braking disks which could have potentially resulted in an accident and cost me more money and possibly my life. New tyres and labour costs are expensive here. It is sad for me to write this because I like to support local businesses but I do not recommend this company.
