Untrustworthy! Please look elsewhere when purchasing a home in Argyle and Bute. This company are not honest, dont be their next victim where you buy a house and wake up one day to a major construction project on your doorstep, which they were well aware of at point of sale. An absolute disgrace.

Whilst looking for property in the area my husband and I had very positive contact with Gavin Brown at SBS. He was efficient and went way beyond the call of duty in his efforts to keep us up to date with the availability and suitability of property. He responded to emails and phone calls swiftly, was always courteous and clearly had an extensive and hands-on knowledge of property purchase whilst also being very familiar with the area. It definitely felt as though he had our best interests in mind.
