        Terrible for answering there phones u need to phone them about 15 times to just get a answer

        Went to chemist last week to hand in repeat prescription. Other customers in front of me and I noticed the member of staff serving them was terrible. This was a stranger to me and had no decent customer service. We were all met with NEXT no eye contact and was so slovenly, I have never experienced this from the regular staff. Needs look at to prevent a bad name for a good chemist.

        I went in to this pharmacy to collect my prescription. When I went in it was quite busy with a few people standing waiting. I was asked my name which I gave so the girl proceeded to go get it. Then she yelled from the back asking me how many things I'd ordered and what they were. This is unacceptable in so many ways. Where was the patient confidentiality? I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
