Recently adopted a cat and had a great experience. They truly care about the cats and are no kill. Their Facebook page is also worth following to keep up with all the cats and their stories. One thing to note is that the shelter owners can be quite busy. Their site says to follow up a week later but it might still take a few days after this to hear back. Not a complaint, just a heads up.

After a few phone calls to ask about rehoming my elderly mums cat as she is unable to look after her, finally spoke to someone. Was asked to msg them the details which I did, I also phoned a few times thereafter as never got a reply, and left a vm yet nobody was kind enough to call me back. Manners cost nothing even if your busy a simple call back would have been courteous.
