        I am all for employing people of all ages but I feel if your dealing with calls the person shouldn't have to repeat the address etc at least 5 times before it was succesfuiunderstood and the information given out should be accurate no mater who I spoke too, in reflection it made an already bad experience I was going through worse and would definitely not recommend this organisation
