        Dismissive staff. Issues that I've had for years and having gone to the drs multiple times about them. I was told to fix my posture, that I just had a spasm and after one 5 minute exam with a gp in Lothian, I was referred to physio and told to go for an xray because of a scoliosis that nobody at wallsgreen ever thought to look for.

        the GP is rude and disrespectful,dosent call back when you have a call consiltatiion.the receptionist Karen is an ignorant woman and shows no regard for people .including nasty responses and comments ,and the management do nothiung when u complain..they also get things wrong and add notes to medical records which are untrue and often will effect your future care and treatment .

        Constantly phones engaged no available appointments get told to phone back in morning at 8am waste a morning trying to get Appointment.You speak to nurse 1st absolute joke this surgery....
