Today they have gained 54 pounds but lost a client: We went shortly before Christmas to have our tires changed and we are happy with them, but since then the ABS and stabilizer lights come on after ten minutes of driving the car every time we take it. As I only rest on Mondays and there have been two bank-holiday Mondays, I have not been able to get an appointment until today, making it clear to them that this has happened since the car was in their hands. After having the car in the garage all day when I go to pick it up, they tell me that they can't fix it there because it's something electrical and that they don't do that kind of work. So far everything understandable, until he takes me the invoice for having the car in the workshop. My face must have been a poem when he's telling me that not only can't they fix what they've messed up, but on top of that they charge me to take a look at it (because I want to assume that they've come to look at it). To finish off when I go to get the car I see that there are masks on the floor and next to the handbrake, which are either used by them or are the ones I had in the glove compartment that I do not understand why they should have been messing around.

My car decided it did,nt want to start, after trying all sorts, contacted this garage and got a call next day to say it was fixed, immobilizer had kicked in and they even re-programmed my keys decent price as well.
