        The pipes themselves are good quality, but the customer service is terrible and the waiting times are very long. For my recent order they are nearly two months late.

        Bought ten classic mk3 chanters for my band the sound is great will put them against any on the market found the service from this firm as 10/10 i ave played a set of silver shepherd bagpipes for 15 yrs now and woild not part with them great firm, great service, greatknowledge of piping from staff
