        What an excellent service. My boiler broke down on Xmas eve. John was sympathetic and attended my house within the hour. He was helpful, polite and very professional. There was no increased rate for call out charge despite it being Xmas eve. My boiler is fixed, excellent service and extremely reasonable pricing which he was upfront about prior to carrying out any work! Highly recommend and would definitely use again.
