Been a patient in there Lochgelly practice for about 3 years now x and I found them to be absolutely amazing. I was a patient of alyssa Watson and she's been absolutely brilliant with my treatment, sadly alyssa is leaving the practice to buy a practise in Perth with her sister, I wish alyssa and her sister all the very best of luck and I really hope it all works out as I'm sure it will, so good luck, and thanks for your excellent professional help in looking after my teeth and your always excellent advice alyssa I really appreciate it, good luck for your practice in Perth I'm sure youl do brilliant pal , Scott Faulds

Very very unprofessional practice , had numerous appointments cancelled on short notice . Called up numerous times to say I couldnt make an appointment as had to go for covid test to which I recieved not even answer or a call back. I then emailed later that night to clarify this , not 1 person got back to me until it was time for my next appointment and I was told on the day oh by the way we took you off register also had a disaster with paying for hundreds of pounds of treatment to which they apparently couldnt remember until about 2 years later they admitted I was right but still no apology ! Very very badly run would avoid at all costs if you cant already tell that from all the other bad reviews or articles in newspaper .

When booking an appointment it's hard to reach them as the call goes into voicemail. When leaving voicemail, they won't reply or get back to us even after 2-4 weeks of waiting.. otherwise they have very friendly staff

Went here for an emergency treatment, got there quick and staff were nice!
