        Went to vets to have dogs urine specimen tested. Reception busy so vet came to help me-asked if I had time to wait for same to be tested and gave a quick consultation once results known. Gave me a chance to discuss another concern whilst there-brilliant service and reassuring advice given there and then. No charge either as cost of urine test included in monthly plan!
