        There are a couple of outstandingly kind and lovely people working here, in the workshop and service reception, but something's badly wrong overall. Their phone switchboard is a joke - and they know it ! Huge hassle over fixing my low mileage/ owned from new Skoda Yeti L&K's leaking sunroof. Skoda UK said I had to take it to a dealer as it was "fixed" before a few years back - at Workington dealership (now disappeared !) - Had to pay almost 1000 in total, and waste 2 days taking it back up there - and no itemisation of what they'd done, so I'm targeting Skoda UK. I reckon it's their fault. I feel awful for the GOOD guys working at Parks, cos they deserve better back up / management / a look at their communication systems
