        Extremely poor customer service. I asked repeatedly for the gentleman on the serving counter to measure the bearing diameters to correspond it with the correct bearing. They have done this in the past for different applications. He refused to even attempt it, citing 'go to the manufacturer of your machine'. Not the first time I have had isses in this place. How on earth they continue to trade with this level of customer service is beyond me.
