FABB sofas - In Administration

Having read the previous review I was really sceptical of Fabb Sofas but I couldn't not visit the store based on only one comment. Needing a new sofa we went to Fabb and were pleasantly surprised by the massive range of sofas on offer. We took a walk around and there were a number of sofas we liked. We have since purchased a sofa from here and have been so far, happy with the service we have received. We are yet to take delivery of the sofa (10 weeks till delivery) but so far, so good. Knocked 1 star off as I felt the salesman was a tad pushy

We have just had our new sofa delivered. I am extremely impressed with the service we have received from Fabb. From ordering to this mornings delivery, service has been impeccable. The sofa is of great quality, delivery happened on time & the 2 delivery guys were 10/10. Highly recommend & will use again.

Bought a sofa couple of months ago and have not had a good experience. Very bad communications amongst staff, sales reps not trained and do not have knowledge of products in store. I tried to complain but they are not interested once they have the sale - so much for their motto "we're not happy until your happy" should be we are not happy until you are unhappy!!!!! The sofa I bought is very poor standard not what you would expect from a new company. They should have all stayed at DFS, at least DFS have good quality products and great customer service. Do not go to FABB Sofas for your new sofa, it's more like fob you off Sofas.
