Karen and Caroline that run White Lettings are spot on with their management company and in over 3 years, they havent let me or my tenant down once. Professional service, very friendly and always willing to help. If someone recommends them, dont ignore them..you wont be disappointed .

I have tried to book a viewing for a one bed flat in Edinburgh, I intent to move there to be closer to friends and family, I currently live in the North East of England and they told me that due to me not living in Edinburgh I am unable to view the flat as I need to be there for them to meet me as part of a vetting process. I tried to explain to them that I only live 2 hours away and I have friends and family up there I can stay with so meeting me wasn't a problem, after a little back and forth however and asking if we could come to an agreement I was met with a very blunt email which just stayed "No, the viewing is tomorrow" I could be there today if they needed me to 2 hours is not a long journey and I've tried to explain that I can be there whenever they need me but they just don't care. In short if you don't live in Edinburgh already, avoid this letting agency as they don't want to help you.

We rented a flat 5 years ago via White Lettings and since then we havent had any problems with the agency. They are quick to respond, caring for tenants needs and most importantly down to earth and extremely friendly. We were lucky to find this agency when we first moved to Scotland. Plus the contractors they are working with have the same quality of service as White Lettings. I believe White Lettings is the best agency I rented through. Finally, a special thanks to Karen for being super helpful to us and sorting out all issues swiftly and thoroughly.
