    Can't recommend those guys highly enough. They responded fast, went out on Sunday during bank holiday weekend, did amazing job with our old pipes and new boiler. Extremely professional, polite and tidy. Amazing service from first conversation to invoice.

    I got some work done by this company. There has been a lot of poor communication, having to chase by phone and emails to get answers but when Id finally get an answer they seemed genuine so went ahead with them. I asked for them to fix my ceiling and check any water damages from upstairs leak which came down from the corner of the ceiling, down one side of a wall and to the middle part of the ceiling which had caved in due to a previous badly done job (not by them). They didnt show up on the booked day and only got in touch half way through the day after I called several times. Sent a new guy without prior notice to come have a look again to who I re-explained the situation and agreed that the corner of the ceiling should definitely be checked as water marks were visible. The plasterers came the next day to do the job. Nice enough guys but didnt check the corner not the side of the wall where the water had run even though Id check that communication had been passed on. The walls did not get covered so the plaster left a mess all over my walls. They came back to clean a few days later after an unhappy phone call. This still left marks at the top of all the walls therefore I had to repaint myself with a roller paint. I kept in touch while the plaster was drying before the painting could be done and mentioned that the corner that didnt get checked was not drying properly so I restated that they must be more damages that first thought. My message was ignored. When I recontacted after the final paint job to say that I had found black mould in the corner I mentioned several times, the owner was more interested in denying previous conversations and being defensive than requote for a new job to sort out the issue. When I said I wasnt happy and that I would leave a negative review I was threatened to be brought to court. Despite ok plastering and good painting work, poor communication and intimidation during the whole process force me to leave this negative review and not recommend them to others.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This company have treated us appallingly. In May they quoted us to remove a wall and install a patio door, replace facia surrounding our extension and replace our driveway. We accepted the quote and have since been given many many excuses why the job can't be started but have always been promised it will be done. Two weeks ago they told me they were definitely coming on Monday the 12th to start the job. This meant we spent our Sunday emptying the kitchen/dinning room of all furniture and all other items so they could get to work first thing the next morning. On Monday morning they didn't turn up and when I finally spoke to them they told me 2 employees had tested positive for covid that morning and the work would have be delayed. I was suspicious and asked if I could collect the materials and have another company do the job. For example I specifically asked if the patio door was ready and could be collected from the manufacturer to which I was categorically told yes. Today the same thing happened with them not showing and me chasing for an answer. Today I spoke to Ross the company owner who told me the door is 5 to 6 weeks from being ready. This is obviously different from the story 2 weeks ago. When challenged on that he became abusive and aggressive. Please do yourself a favour and have nothing to do with this company ever. We have wasted months on them and been left heartbroken that the work won't get done this year now.

    After waiting for months for Dynamic to start our renovation, they contacted us on the Sunday, the night before they were to start, to say that their employees were sick and could not start the work. We later found out that they were doing another project. This is not what a professional company does by any means.
