I stood for 10/15 minutes while a member of staff walked away with one customer and another member of staff walked past 3 out 4 times with a cup of tea in his hand, saw me but kept walking past. There is a bell to ring for attention - no point in having that as i rang it 3 times and still nobody came to the desk. Gladly took my custom elsewhere.
