Really thorough assessment and David took the time to get to the bottom of my knee issue. He also talked me through the relevant physiology so that I understand where the issue comes from and what to look out for in the future. He gave me a good set of exercises and basic running programme to address my IT band problems. It's been a couple of weeks and having stuck to it I definitely feel more confident with my running.
