Very disappointed. Took my elderly mother to buy a Rollator. Door was lock and was told we should have appointment booked, doesnt state this on website. Website also states fully stocked showroom, girl said they only had one she could show but it was in the warehouse. What a total waste of time!!

Purchased a very expensive wheelchair for my son. It arrived 4 weeks later than we were told - I was only updated on delivery whenever I contacted them, otherwise they wouldnt have been in touch to update me. Wheelchair arrived and 2 modifications we had paid extra for, hadnt been done. Weeks and weeks later, they still havent sorted them out. Now they have been paid, they dont care that my son cant use his wheelchair. The summer full of fun activities we had planned with it couldnt go ahead. They actually really dont care, the communication has been shocking too. We have dealt specifically with Alan and feel very let down with the service.
