It is not the most used Park and Ride so you are never stuck for a space. Technology and COVID seem to have overtaken it. The large waiting room/ ticket office is fenced off. You buy your tickets on line and you wait out in the cold. It is served by the 47 bus from Penicuik that takes you straight into the city centre l. Get off at surgeons hall for the East End/ St James, Royal Mile etc. Or stay on and you go down Lothian Road for the West End of Princes Street. You can go home on the 47 or 37. If you get the 37, get off at the Straiton traffic lights or you end up in Loanhead!
