Euan and his team are brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough. I have a small business and until I found J&E Mcgregor have always been letdown and ripped off by plumbers. J&E Mcgregor could not be more different! Professional, reliable, always on time, superb customer service, friendly, honest and really good at their job! I won't use anyone else now. We had our upstairs bathroom and new boiler put in by J & E MacGregor and are really happy with their work. Everything was clearly explained, competitive costs and very good customer service. Will definitely use again.

Not very impressed. Asked for a quote and can't fault the first impression. Very professional. Getting the quote however not so much. Over 2 weeks waiting and after phoning 3 times and promised call backs that never came I won't be using this company.

euan and his team responded incredibly quickly to a leak in our middle floor bathroom. gabriel came round on time then assessed and diagnosed the problem day 1. he left, ordered the part and was back a day later to fit it. gabriel did a great job, kept me in the loop the whole time and left the room spotless. it's very impressive.
