        Have ordered wood from them a few times for log burner. Always prompt delivery friendly delivery take the log bag back you get free coffee at Pentland Plants . Good promotion

        Really poor service, the first time I ordered a tonne bag of logs they delivered the following day and the driver reversed into driveway and dragged the bag into my garage. Second time I ordered, the driver left the bag at the end of the driveway basically on the road saying they're unable to move it any closer to the house. Tried contacting the company to find out if they've changed their policy and now only deliver onto the edge of driveways but have been ignored!

        Always try to support local business. Ordered a large batch of kiln dreid from Pentland before and the wood was great. Unfortunately, this winter the wood is not burning at all or its sparking alot suggesting there is alot of moisture and the wood hasn't been sufficiently dried out. Pretty disapppinted as much of the wood can't be used. Will be going back to Calido.
