Ideal came to replace the windows and sills in my first floor flat over two days and I am delighted with the results. The guys were professional from start to finish. Very friendly, knew what they were doing and also had a great taste in music! Even when the air vents in some of the windows were inserted the wrong way, the guys made sure to correct this and double check every window to make sure they were all correct. They also dealt with a noise complaint in a professional manner, how can you take out windows without making noise?! I would absolutely recommend Ideal to anyone who is looking to replace windows, especially in a flat. Five star service.
